How it works

Installs on the Windows computer you want to monitor.

Sentinel reads information Windows already exposes, including performance counters, socket information and the local neighbour cache. It does not probe hidden devices or inspect encrypted payloads.

  1. 1
    Install

Run the setup file and open CSC Sentinel.

  2. 2
    Observe

Let Windows naturally discover local devices and activity.

  3. 3
    Classify

Mark devices you recognise and investigate the rest.

Privacy by design

Your monitoring data stays on your computer.

The desktop application has no account requirement, cloud monitoring or telemetry. Its database and logs are stored in your Windows user profile.
